APPETIZERS

Baccalà brandade  on  chickpea torte and grilled eggplants
Baked Red Mullet fillets on sautéed escarole and caper aïoli
Braised Scallops on ratatouille and potato mousse
“Crudité” - A selection of fresh local fish, served raw with spicy Harissa sauce



FIRST COURSES
(all our pastas are handmade using organic eggs)

Fresh lasagna with shellfish
Spaghetti "alla chitarra" with Cuttlefish and lemon zest
Tagliolini with Bottarga and broccoletti
 Tortelli filled with Baccalà on a tomato cream


ENTRÉES

Braised Palamita fillet on a bagna cauda sauce and grilled veggies
Baked Orata fillet encrusted with potatoes on an olive tapenade



DESSERTS
(we make our desserts using Paolo Parisi's farm organic eggs)

Chantilly crème with mandarin granita
Pear semifreddo with melted chocolate
Dark chocolate cake with fig and Moscato wine sauce
 Apple tarte tatin
